Cài đặt

Yêu cầu:

• Windows Mobile 6.0 Basic/Professional hoặc Windows Mobile 5.0/2003-based Pocket PC


• Microsoft ActiveSync 3.6 (cho Windows XP) hoặc Windows Mobile Device Center (cho Windows Vista) - khi dùng PC để cài

Cài bằng PC với file (EXE)

• Khởi động lại thiết bị rồi kết nối với PC
  


• ActiveSync báo trạng thái đã kết nối (biểu tượng màu xanh-green)


• Chạy file cài đặt .EXE trên PC


• Kiểm tra Pocket PC device and make sure the installation completed successfully.
  It displays the startup dialog with the skin/language selection as the last step.

Cài bằng file CAB

• Download file CAB file vào thiết bị ActiveSync explorer (skip this
  step if the CAB file was downloaded directly to the device)


• Khởi động lại Pocket PC


• Chạy file explorer, nhấn vào file CAB


• Khi cài đặt thành công,nếu hiện lên hộp thoại với skin/language hãy
  chọn.

Dỡ bỏ chương trình

Use the common uninstallation procedure. Xin nhớ: hãy khởi động lại trước khi dỡ bỏ chương trình. Resco Keyboard không
kích hoạt (loaded) khi dỡ bỏ nó, nói cách khác việc dỡ bỏ không thành công. Hãy
khởi đọng lại và lặp lại việc dỡ bỏ chương trình

Chọn cách nhập dữ liệu Resco Keyboard

Thiết bị Windows Mobile có vài cách nhập liệu. Only one method can be
Selected at a time. The selected method is visually presented at the bottom of the screen.

The desired input method can be selected by tapping the triangle next to the
input method indicator. A list of all available input methods will pop up where
you can select the desired input method.

Besides that the list
contains also the Options menu item which opens the input method’s

The Resco Keyboard panel is normally displayed when you tap a
control supporting text editing. However, it can be also displayed manually by
tapping the Resco Keyboard icon at the lower right corner of the screen. The
second tap hides the panel.

Some special windows, such as the Today Screen, may superimpose the icon
when no editing has to be performed.

Cách gõ

Open an application supporting typing (e.g. the Pocket Word) and select the
Resco Keyboard as the input method. Pressing any key button on the Resco
keyboard panel causes the corresponding character to appear in the document. If
you press a key and hold it down for a moment the Autorepeat feature is
activated and the keyboard will start typing the character repeatedly. Similar
action will be performed if you hold down the special keys (arrows, backspace…).

Now tap any key and move the stylus a bit to the right. If the Use gestures
feature is turned on a space will be added to the text. Similarly moving the
stylus to the left is equal to pressing the backspace key and moving the stylus
down will end the line and start a new one. If you press the “a” key and move
the stylus up, the keyboard will write the letter “A”. This action is equal to
pressing the key together with Shift.

Ngoài các phím tiêu chuẩn còn có các phím đặc biệt. Here is the list of all such keys:

• The
  “123” key switches to the
  numeric mode. Similarly, the “abc”
  key switches back to the text mode. There are 3 numeric modes: Small numeric,
  large numeric and calculator. The active numeric mode can be selected in the options dialog.


• The “Fx” key allows typing of the
  frequently used phrases. Phrases can be edited in the options.


• The
  “áÜ” key changes the
  keyboard layout and allows typing of special symbols and national characters.


• The language
  switch can be used for switching between primary and secondary language.

Máy tính

If the calculator is selected as the active numeric method it will be
displayed after pressing the “123” key. The Calculator is basically a
special type of keyboard layout. It does not write text when you press keys.
Instead it writes numbers on its display and performs standard mathematic
operations. If it is necessary to transfer the number (or result of calculation)
into the text just tap the display – this will transfer the current content of
the display into the text.

Moreover, the calculator also supports the so-called Write Mode. Tap on the “write” button and the “W” indicator
will appear on the display. From now on each calculation
will be written into the text in a form of a formatted multi-line notation.

Tùy chọn

The Options are accessible by tapping on the triangle next to
the input method indicator. Choose the item Options menu item,
select the Resco Keyboard input method from the list and
press the Options button.

Resco Keyboard options are divided into several tabs.

Tab General:

• Set as default input method - sets the Resco Keyboard Pro as the
  default input method. If checked it will be selected automatically at the
  device startup.


• Sound Notification - choose the sound which is played when the button is pressed


• Use Gestures – turns on the gestures. You can also choose the gesture Sensitivity. The
  greater the sensitivity the shorter movement is necessary to recognize the
  gesture. The high sensitivity setting can be dangerous since it can sometimes
  cause a simple tap to be recognized as a gesture.


• Use Corrections - button is pressed after the stylus or finger is released. This mode prevents the mistakes.

Tab Autorepeat:

• Autorepeat – turns the auto-repeat function on/off. You can also choose
  the repeat delay. It adjusts the amount of time that elapses before a
  character begins to repeat when you hold down a key. The Repeat rate
  adjusts the speed at which a character repeats.

Tab Language:

• Select the Primary language. It defines the regional keyboard layout
  (character assignment).


• Optionally select the Secondary language. This language can be
  selected directly from the keyboard panel.

Tab Skin:

• Select
  the Font Size and font properties (Bold, Clear Type).


• Select the Skin. Skin preview will help you to choose the desired
  skin.


• Some of the skins support the Button preview. It shows currently pressed button in the preview window.


• Choose button preview in the middle for showing the preview in the middle above the keyboard panel. Otherwise it will be shown above currently pressed position.

Tab 123:

• Chọn kiểu số hoặc máy tính(Calculator, Small numeric hoặc
  Large numeric). Kích hoạt bằng cách nhấn phím123

Tab Fx:

• Define
  the frequently used phrases. They will be accessible by pressing the Fx button on
  the keyboard panel.

Tab About:

• About chứa các thông tin để đăng ký và nhập mã đăng ký

Đăng ký như thế nào?

• Mở tùy chọn Resco Keyboard và chọn About


• Nhấn vào Registration


• Kiểm tra tên nhận được so với trường [Owner Name]


• Owner Name có thể thay đổi bằng cách mở Start menu và chọn Settings>Owner Information


• Nhập mã bạn đã nhận được vào [Code].


• Nhấn [OK]

Đăng ký bị sai

Hãy thử đăng ký lại, nhưng:

• Sử dụng bàn phím mặc định khi nhập


• Nhập chính xác [Owner name] - the field is case sensitive


• Don't
  use any extra spaces within the name

Appendix A

Keyboard Layout người dùng

Resco Keyboard Pro hỗ trợ the custom characters
assignment. This layout is defined by the text file Custom.map located in the Languages subfolder. A skilled user can edit this
file to define his/her own keys assignment. By default this file contains the
standard US
English layout.

Each key on the panel has its own virtual code. The file
consists of lines starting with the virtual code followed by definition of the key.

The definition is a list of character codes defined either
directly as a character (e.g. “A”) or as a Unicode value in form of 4
hexadecimal digits (e.g. “0041”). The first character is the default character,
the second is the character that is written when the Shift key is held down and
the remaining characters are used when some of the modifiers is switched on
(e.g. “áÜ”).

Dòng này miêu tả phím số 29. Nếu nhấn sẽ được “a” hoặc “A”
khi nhấn Shift. It types the character with Unicode value
0x00EB when the “áÜ” modifier is on and 0x00CB when the “áÜ” modifier is on and
the Shift key is depressed.

Đừng thay đổi quá 4 chữ số trên mỗi dòng(nếu bạn chưa hiểu kỹ). They define the special keys and explicit modifiers. Changing these
values may cause the keyboard to malfunction.

Appendix B

Khuôn dạng ngày giờ

"FX" (nhóm từ thường sử dụng): Ngày giờ hiện tại.
